Wood vacuum lifters are at the origin of ATA’s productions. For this sector, we offer standard lifters which suitable for various kinds of wood, as well as non-standard lifters, designed for special applications. Some of the most common applications are:

• Nonporous wood panels
• Chipboards, MDF, or other porous woods
• Doors and windows
• Walls, flooring, trailer or camper interiors
• Timber

Characteristics of standard vacuum lifters:

Power ► compressed air – electric 380V – 220V – battery powered (for porous wood, we use a double-pump system to guarantee maximum grip)

Capacity ► from 80 to 1.000 Kg (can be increased if necessary)

Pads ► from 1 to 8 for standard – no limit for non-standard

Structure ► 0-90° tilting, either manual or pneumatic, 0-180° pneumatic rotation
